About Me
i optimize complex processes in existing businesses
I am a solution focused independent consultant working in the Quality, Environment and Technical Services areas having experience across a range of FMCG businesses in Europe and Australia.
I am supporting efficiently mid- and long-term strategies by engaging with key stakeholders at all levels and using my ability to simplify complexity in order achieve sustainable results.
I am well versed in the development and implementation of adaptable processes to support the business in times of transformational change. Main focus have always been internal and external customers as well as continuous improvement to drive the success of the business.
For more then 30 years I have been a subject matter expert in all quality, food safety and environmental areas designing and implementing systems and tools to simplify processes and add transparency. The development and mentoring of team members to create a high performing team is one of my main objectives.

HACCP is the backbone of any quality management system. In order to be accepted and lived it has to be unambiguous and simple to be understood by everyone involved.

As an auditor with more than 20 years of experience in IFS (Food and Logistics), BRC as well as supplier auditing, I am flexible to do any second party auditing according to a given standard.
